Orders placed by 11 am (ET) are processed and shipped same day.

Bulk coffee is packaged in (5) five pound valve bags.

Bulk coffee discounts:
     - 20 lbs. or more - FREE SHIPPING
     - 50 lbs. or more - $0.15/lb.
     - 100 lbs. or more - $0.20/lb.

Grinding fee of $0.20 per pound.

Shortages & damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

All returns subject to 25% restocking fee.

When you order 20 lbs of coffee or more, Java Estate Roastery, Inc. will gladly pay the UPS GROUND shipping charges to any commercial address within the continental US. (COFFEE ONLY)

Discounted Shipping
Save on products and shipping costs. When you combine product orders (not including coffee) that equal to or weigh more than 200 lbs, Java Estate Roastery, Inc. will honor a UPS GROUND shipping discount set up through UPS. This discount can save you up to 30% on your shipping cost. You may also qualify for additional product discounts set up through Java Estate Roastery, Inc. This is an effective way to get great product pricing at a discounted shipping rate. This discount only applies to commercial addresses within the continental US.

10% Discount on Freight Shipping
When you place pallet orders for products and coffee with a combined weight of 350 lbs or more, you will receive your best possible pricing on products and your best possible shipping rate. Plus, Java Estate Roastery, Inc. will take 10% off of your shipping costs. These orders are shipped via pallet and you must be able to receive a large truck. You may also be required to assist with the unloading of your order. This discount only applies to commercial addresses within the continental US.

Payment Policy

1st ORDER	Credit Card Only
6 MONTHS	Credit Card or COD Cashiers Check/Money Order
6 MONTHS+	COD Company Check or Terms of Net 15 available. To pay with company check or to obtain terms with Java Estate Roastery, Inc., a customer must request, fill out and return our credit reference information sheet. Once the information has been received by Java Estate Roastery, Inc., the customer must allow a minimum of (2) weeks time for processing. Java Estate reserves the right to approve or deny requests for terms.
