The coffees we offer from Africa and Indonesia are big, bold, and juicy. Savory and sweet, they offer an acidity akin to tomatoes. Indonesia coffees in particular tend to be deep, dark, and earthy. They take a dark roasting well and present smoky, toasted flavors. They’ve also been described as complex with a long finish. If you’re looking for a bolder cup, these beans are the way to go.
